Pre Purchase Builder’s Reports

Leak Investigation

Targeted moisture and leak investigations to help identify possible sources of water ingress and moisture related concerns. Using a combination of visual inspection, moisture testing, thermal imaging, and practical building knowledge, we assess areas showing signs of leaking, staining, mould, condensation, or deterioration.

Our investigations are focused on helping homeowners better understand what may be occurring, where moisture may be entering, and whether further invasive investigation or remedial work is recommended. Using thermal imaging technology, we can detect potential moisture issues and insulation anomalies within walls, ceilings, and other concealed areas.

Borescope Inspection

A small inspection camera used to look inside wall, ceiling, or subfloor cavities where access allows.

Pile / Subfloor Assessments

Additional review of subfloor structure, pile condition, clearances, and general foundation observations.

Drone Roof Inspection

Aerial photography can provide clearer visibility of roof areas that are unsafe or difficult to access from the ground.

Hygrometer / Internal Moisture Analysis

Humidity and environmental readings to help assess condensation risk and internal moisture conditions.

Just prior to last Xmas our tenants informed me that the upstairs shower was leaking into the lower level bedroom, I called Digs who had his crew there immediately, damage was assessed and a planned hatched quickly. In short they had the leaking shower out a dehumidifier in and in a few days a new shower cubicle was installed for the tenants to use over Xmas. Post Xmas the crew came back and completed the finishing works to a high standard. Digs and his crew saved the day, days, holidays treated the property and tenants with respect, I can only highly recommend this team, New Digs will always be my first choice.
